ADHD WRITING COACH

Finish the stories only you can tell.

Coaching, editing, and group programs designed for neurodivergent writers who are ready to stop overthinking and start writing forward.

A woman with blonde hair sits in front of a fireplace, holding a notebook and a pen, looking thoughtful.

Write with joy, not overwhelm.

You've tried neurotypical writing advice: write at 5am, just sit down and write, etc. It's not working, and it's not your fault. You know what to do, you just need help doing it. That’s where I come in.

Research shows ADHD coaching improves executive functioning, self-esteem, and quality of life. Your writing life is no different.

You're not blocked, lazy, or broken.

Your brain just needs a different system, one that works with your natural rhythms instead of against them.

I help writers finish the books they've started (and the ones still living in their heads) by co-building creative systems that honor how their minds actually work. As an ADHD writing coach and developmental editor, I bring both the craft feedback and the executive function support that most editors and coaches offer separately.

This is for you, if you:

  • Have ADHD (diagnosed or suspected) — or just know your brain works differently

  • Are parenting while writing

  • Experience fluctuating energy and attention

  • Start strong but struggle to finish

  • Know WHAT to write but freeze when it's time to execute

  • Have tried every productivity hack and still feel behind

I get it! Because I'm a cognitive neuroscientist, a writer, and a parent whose brain works the same way.

Whichever of these feels closest to where you are right now, everything I offer is built on the same neuroscience-backed approach and experience as a published author, academic and creative alike. No ADHD diagnosis required, just a willingness to work with your brain instead of against it.
